Completed a full office buildout in a Gowanus commercial loft including framing, drywall, electrical, and HVAC for four private offices and a conference room. Installed glass partition walls at the front, data cabling throughout, and a kitchenette. The space went from raw to move-in ready for a 15-person team.
Renovated the customer restroom of a SoHo restaurant to meet current ADA accessibility standards. Widened the doorway, installed grab bars, replaced the toilet with an ADA-height unit, and added a wheelchair-accessible sink. All work was completed during off-hours to avoid disrupting restaurant service.
Fabricated and installed custom wall-mounted shelving and display fixtures for a new clothing boutique in Forest Hills. Built floating wood shelves, metal garment racks, and a checkout counter from reclaimed wood. The industrial-chic design perfectly matches the store's brand aesthetic.
Performed a comprehensive safety upgrade for a new daycare center in Parkchester including child-proof outlet covers throughout, panic hardware on exit doors, fire-rated door installation, and safety glass on interior windows. All work was completed to meet DOB and FDNY requirements for childcare facilities.
Installed six hand-wash stations in a new dental office in St. George, each with hands-free faucets and proper medical waste drain connections. Ran hot and cold supply lines from the main, installed individual shut-off valves, and ensured all drains meet health department requirements. The office passed its final inspection for opening.
