Upgraded a 100-amp fuse box to a 200-amp circuit breaker panel in a Flatbush colonial home. Installed a new meter socket, main disconnect, and 40-space panel to support modern electrical loads. All existing circuits were transferred and labeled, and the project passed Con Edison and DOB inspections.
Installed 14 LED recessed lights across the living room, dining area, and hallway of a Murray Hill one-bedroom apartment. Ran new circuits from the panel and installed dimmer switches for each zone. The apartment feels dramatically more open and modern with the updated lighting.
Installed a Level 2 electric vehicle charger in a detached garage in Bayside. Ran a dedicated 50-amp circuit from the main panel across the yard using underground conduit. The homeowner can now fully charge their EV overnight without relying on public charging stations.
Replaced hazardous knob-and-tube wiring on the second floor of a Morris Park two-family home. Pulled new Romex through the walls and ceilings, installed grounded outlets, and added GFCI protection in the bathroom and kitchen. The homeowner can now safely use modern appliances and obtain insurance coverage.
Wired exterior LED flood lights and four PoE security cameras around a Tottenville single-family home. Installed weatherproof junction boxes, ran low-voltage cable for the cameras, and connected everything to a central network switch inside. The entire property is now well-lit and monitored.
